Vivas is the joy of life. This is a blend of all the aromatic varieties of the vineyard (Blüten Muskateller, Sauvignac, Muscaris, and Gelber Muskateller, grown in volcanic soils of Vulkanland Steiermark) -- fruity, exotic and exuberant.

Unfiltered and low-intervention, this wine was macerated for 60 hours before spending 11 months on the full lees and the rest of the time before bottling on the fine lees. Ageing took place in steel. It bursts with elderflower, lychee, guava, and citrus zest, layered with herbal hints and a saline edge. Light-bodied yet textural, with bright acidity and a long, clean finish, it’s as refreshing as it is complex.
