Yes — feel free to switch things up month to month! To make changes to your order, contact us at orders@bottegavolo.com. For any preference updates, please email us at least 7 days before the end of the month to ensure your next shipment reflects your changes.
Absolutely! Choose how long you’d like the membership to last (one month, a few months, or a full year), and we’ll include a personalized gift note in their first box.
Your first box ships within 3 business days, and all following boxes ship during the first week of every month. You’ll receive a tracking email each time your order is on the way.
We stand by every bottle we send. If something doesn’t land, just let us know — we’ll make it right with a replacement in your next shipment or a credit toward a future month.
A quick note on natural wines: they’re made with minimal intervention, organic or biodynamic farming, and little to no filtration or additives. This can lead to vibrant, unconventional flavours — a hallmark of the style we love and share.
If you receive a truly corked, faulty, or damaged bottle, we’ll replace it. For anything broken in transit, send photos within 48 hours and we’ll apply a credit to your next box.
Yes! Life happens, just contact orders@bottegavolo.com 7 days before the end of each month and we’ll adjust your membership, no problem.
Your first payment is charged upfront when you join the Cantina Club so we can prepare and ship your first box right away. After that, you’ll be billed on the same date each month when your next shipment is being prepared.
