Welcome to BOTTEGA VOLO. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Legal Drinking Age
You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase alcohol through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in Ontario. All deliveries containing alcohol require a valid government-issued photo ID and an adult signature upon receipt. Couriers cannot leave packages containing alcohol unattended.
Alcohol Sales & Ontario Shipping
BOTTEGA VOLO is licensed to sell and deliver alcoholic beverages within Ontario, Canada only. We do not ship alcohol to other provinces or internationally. Orders that include alcohol must also include at least one food item, as required by Ontario’s alcohol delivery regulations for eating and drinking establishments.
Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. Payment is due at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Canada Post. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days across Ontario, depending on your location. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts (as determined by Canada Post policy) and the package is returned to BOTTEGA VOLO, the customer may request that it be re-shipped at their own expense. Additional delivery fees will apply for re-issued shipments. Customers may also choose to pick up their returned order in-store once it has been received back.
In-Store & Local Delivery Options
For faster access to your order, you may choose to shop in-store or request Uber delivery within the GTA (subject to availability and distance). Delivery times and fees for local delivery services are managed by the third-party provider.
Returns & Refunds
Due to Ontario’s alcohol regulations, wine and other alcoholic products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our premises, unless they are damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at orders@bottegavolo.com with photos and your order details. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Opened, consumed, or improperly stored bottles cannot be refunded.
Product Availability
We do our best to keep product listings up to date. However, in rare cases an item may sell out before your order is processed. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund or suggest a suitable replacement.
Natural Wine Disclaimer
Natural wines are living products and can vary from bottle to bottle. Cloudiness, sediment, and light fizz are normal characteristics and not considered defects. All wines are stored and shipped with care to preserve their intended quality and expression.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions, and logos is the property of BOTTEGA VOLO or its partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. You may use this site only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
BOTTEGA VOLO is not responsible for (1) Delays or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers (e.g., Canada Post, Uber Eats) (2) Damage resulting from improper storage of wine after delivery (3) Consumption or misuse of alcohol purchased through our site. By purchasing from us, you agree that BOTTEGA VOLO’s liability is limited to the total purchase price of your order.
