This red/white blend has the colour of a Rosé wine is made with Vinyater, Subirat Parent, Xarello, Cartoixa Vermell and Sumoll grapes. Aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks, we loved tasting this from the tank at Partida Creus, but of course wine changes in the bottle. We hear this vintage features an uplifting Volatile touch with a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel ideal for warm afternoon.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
