The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara, and Andrea Poli. It is located in the northeastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto.
The Elisir Prugna is made by infusing plum juice with alcohol. It has an intense aroma of apricot, almond, and dried fruit. It is a typical Veneto specialty to be enjoyed together with small pastries.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
