Now six years into importing wine, Volo has launched a series of Volare blends with our producers from around the globe. Volare means “to fly,” a nod to the Dean Martin classic we grew up hearing with our Italian grandparents and to the spirit behind the name Volo itself. The Volare series is about movement, collaboration, and sharing stories through wine—an international blend project created with Volo and Keep6 producers, with each edition shaped by a different winemaker, terroir, and grape selection. For our first release, we’re excited to collaborate with Andi Weigand from Franconia, Germany. This blend of Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Silvaner, Riesling, and Weissburgunder is bright, mineral-driven, and effortlessly drinkable, showing notes of lemon curd, brioche, white gummies, green apple candy, citrus, and a subtle lactic twang. It’s the kind of wine you don’t have to think too hard about—you just drink it, pour another glass, and let the good times move. As the song goes, your love has given me wings—and we’re just here to keep the flight going.
