Fruit pét-nat made from biodynamic Blaufrankish and Pinot Noir skins from Wine Mechanics in Gothenburg macerated in a blend of Swedish apples and pears. Structured, fresh and layered. The grape skins are the star here, bringing the familiar aromas of your favorite German light red which plays in perfect harmony with the apples and pears. Worthy of some aging, but banging when opened young and fresh.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
