Linea Chardonnay is a single-varietal Chardonnay from the volcanic soils of Vulkanland Steiermark. Naturally fermented in old oak and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphites. This wine spent 3 days on the skins, with other 20% left on the skins for 1 month. It shows golden hues and aromas of quince, tropical fruit, lemon balm, and gentle oak. The palate is taut and mineral-driven, with bright acidity, pear, subtle nuttiness, and a savory finish.
