The fruit comes from three vineyards this vintage, including 10-year-old vines from eckelsheim (clay limestone), the first crop after 3 years working the soil, and 25-year-old vines in bornheim (off limestone with fossilised sediment), also the first crop after 3 years working the soil. The fruit is direct-pressed, each parcel was fermented separately and blended prior to bottling. Lemon citrus, floral, apple, tropical fruits, honey and minerals. Electric from beginning to end.
