This wine is a blend of Bacchus and Müller-Thurgau grapes, from 30+ year-old vines on Keuper soil, macerated as whole bunches for nine months in clay amphorae. It offers a flowery nose with aromas of roses and apricots, leading to a light, drinkable profile with balanced tannins and acidity, complemented by flavors of cantaloupe and Meyer lemon.
