This Pinot Noir vineyard is located on one of the best sides in Iphofen - Kronsberg. This is characterized by its keuper soils from the Triassic period and is the best location of the Weigand vineyard. The soil is deep and well supplied with water, which makes for elegant wines with a fine limestone minerality. Then for 9 months on skin in AMPHORAS. After 9 months the grapes were pressed with old basket press. After nine months, the wine was pressed from the amphora and placed in small wooden barrels for a further nine months.
