The 2024 White Rabbit is a blend of 5 different white varieties. The Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Sauv Blanc were all co-fermented naturally together in 1 tank, purposely to try and encourage a diverse and expressive fruity palate and aroma. After fermentation Chardonnay and Riesling wines were all blended together to create the final blend.
The result is a wine with a complex flavor profile that still feels fresh and easy-drinking. Dry and high in acidity, White Rabbit offers notes of cantaloupe, Asian pear, and grapefruit oil—refreshing yet with a depth of character, thanks to malolactic fermentation, which imparts a creamy texture. It’s a steadfast showstopper, combining impressive allure with everyday reliability.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.

All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
