Txotx! is a sidra natural, inspired by the sidra of northern Spain. They are still, not sparkling, and meant to be poured from a height. Txotx! is no different.
Pouring from a height volatizes the aromas by adding oxygen to the cider — similar to decanting a wine, but really really fast. This bottle comes with a special cork that doubles as a spout, so you can long pour without spilling a drop.
This vintage of Txotx! is a blend of cider macerated on the skins of Dolgo crabapples for 2 months before pressing.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
