The modern Festbier is what you’ll find in the tents in Munich during Oktoberfest. Similar to a Helles but with a touch more ABV, the smallest boost in bitterness helps elevate the drinkability. A traditional decoction mash and extended 8 week conditioning period bring character and roundness.
