A tart farmhouse saison inspired by traditional German goses. For this batch, we golden oyster mushrooms grown by Smallhold in Austin were used. Both the mushrooms and smoked sea salt were added hot side during the boil. Aside from the adjunct ingredients, its kept it pretty simple with this dry, drinkable farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally conditioned.
