A juicy neon rosé, shining with bright red fruits, citrus and a bit of a smoky tone that makes it oh-so drinkable in the 1L format. Like all of Andi Mann's wines, the grapes are carefully and selectively hand-picked. The cuvée consists of Dornfelder, Weissburgunder, Bacchus, Gewüztraminer, and some Silvaner. Andi ferments spontaneously with a short maceration period and then ages the wine gently in stainless steel tanks. The Rosa X is bottled unfiltered and unsulphured.
