2024 PTG is a blend of 3 pressed wines; Blau, Gamay and Pinot Noir.
Using non-selected wild yeast, the wines exhibit both fresh and complex
characters. After blending was complete, the wine matured in stainless
steel for 5 months on its less prior to being racked, then coarse filtered and
bottled without the use of fining agents.

An homage to the lunch wine of French farmers, PTG is a playful yet
surprisingly sophisticated fruit explosion. Rich notes of caramelized sugar
and Bordeaux cherries are balanced by dry, sticky tannins that keep you
coming back for more. Light-bodied and best served chilled, PTG has fresh
acidity and bold expression that makes it a perfect match for grilled pork, a
stacked burger, or cured meats with strong cheeses. Always reliable, it’s a
fun, crushable wine that’s right at home on a busy patio or at a backyard
BBQ.
