La Gueuze Mariage Parfait unites the best lambics. Our three-year-old lambics aged in oak barrels come together for better and for worse. A happy marriage from which a flavour that is both delicate and frank emerges, and which only improves over time. Gueuze Mariage Parfait is an old-fashioned unsweetened, unfiltered gueuze from the village of Lembeek.
The barrels used in the production of Gueuze Mariage Parfait lambic are in fact the oldest in the brewery, and this is no coincidence. These authentic lambic barrels, built between 1883 and 1914, have been in service for over 100 years. The microflora of native yeasts inside the barrels passes from generation to generation: its unique evolution guarantees the most tender and flavourful lambics.
