Legal Food Requirement!
As part of Ontario’s licensing rules, a food item must be included with any takeout or delivery alcohol purchase. Check out our food and grocery items below!
The lemons for Carta Limonello (purposely missing the 'C') are grown in the organic garden on the Carta estate. They are picked by hand early in the morning, washed and then infused with alcohol over a period of 20-30 days. The liqueur shows powerful ripe lemon fruit, lemon oil and lemon blossoms across the juicy palate, easily braced with bright acidity and a fresh finish. Silvio Carta uses 1.1kg of WHOLE organic lemons per litre of alcohol to make this very special liqueur. Enjoy as a digestive straight from the freezer, or over ice and tonic water, and a fresh basil leaf.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.

All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
