The Andreas Tscheppe Salamander Plus is an exceptional biodynamic wine from the Steiermark region of Austria, showcasing a blend of indigenous and international grape varieties. This wine is known for its complexity, depth, and elegance, offering a rich tasting experience. On the palate, it presents a harmonious balance of ripe stone fruits, such as peach and apricot, alongside refreshing citrus notes. A subtle touch of herbal spice and mineral undertones adds layers of complexity, while a creamy texture and crisp acidity provide a clean, structured finish. We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.

Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week. UPDATE: As of October 15th, 2025 Canada Post has begun accepting packages During the continued strike action, "on-time delivery guarantees for parcel services remain suspended."   • All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
  • Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
