Originally from Toronto, Alanna LaGamba found herself working in wine in Berlin when she met Martin Wörner, a winemaker in the Rheinhessen. To cut a long love story short, in 2019 Alanna made her first wine, Frauen Power, from a plot of Dornfelder that Martin didn’t know what to do with. Channelling her Italian heritage, her aim was to make an German Lambrusco, and the results were delicious. In Alanna’s own words: “Being so lucky as to have so many strong and powerful women in my life who inspire me every day, this wine is dedicated not only to them but to all women out there (and all who identify as such).”
Frauenpower is a brisk, energetic and endlessly refreshing pet-nat sparkling. Whilst not as deep and tannic as Lambrusco, it's a fun reference, and this playful wine is just that. Raspberries, cherries, rocks and cola spice.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.

All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
