The 2024 White Rabbit is a blend of 5 different white varieties. The Pinot
Gris, Gewurztraminer and Sauv Blanc were all co-fermented naturally
together in 1 tank, purposely to try and encourage a diverse and expressive
fruity palate and aroma. After fermentation Chardonnay and Riesling wines
were all blended together to create the final blend.

The result is a wine with a complex flavor profile that still feels
fresh and easy-drinking. Dry and high in acidity, White Rabbit offers notes
of cantaloupe, Asian pear, and grapefruit oil—refreshing yet with a depth of
character, thanks to malolactic fermentation, which imparts a creamy
texture. It’s a steadfast showstopper, combining impressive allure with
everyday reliability.
