Pinot Noir (30%), Gamay (33%) and Blau (7%). PTG is produced by using the press-wine from each of the separate varietals mentioned above. The blend is completed in stainless steel and allowed to age here over the winter. This retains PTG's distinct freshness and light hearted attitude.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
