Cuvée Weiss is winemaker Jason Bergkloster's blend of local white grape varietals Bacchus, Huxelrebe, Pinot Gris, Weissburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, and Müller-Thurgau. The grapes were fermented on the skins and directly pressed. Thanks to the wonderful balance of skin-fermented and directly pressed grapes, Cuvée Weiss exhibits beautiful fruit and structure. It is light and zippy, with juicy fruit notes like pear and citrus, bright acidiy and a lingering finish.
