This vibrant wine is a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia Toscana from young vines in Bolsena that spent just three days on the skins before seven months in vats. These were the first grapes Trish harvested last year and the result is a pale, hazy and perfumed wine with gentle notes of apricot, minerals and spice that really invigorate.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
