Legal Food Requirement!

The Ság Fieldblend comes from a 100+ year-old Gemischter Satz vineyard on the small extinct volcano called Sàg, northwest of Somló. The vineyard is mostly Olaszrisling (Welschriesling) with many interplanted varieties (Furmint, Traminer and Hárslevelű).
Everything is fermented in open vats with a mixture of whole cluster and direct pressed juice. Half gets some extra maceration on the skins before being barreled down to used oak for a year. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
This is the most textured of Peter's whites with a heavy volcanic signature. Typically less than 600 bottles are produced each year. Given some time open, this bottle soars in complexity, evolving from creamy and fruit forward to a stoney, smokey, layered experience.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post.
Large Orders: Orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post. Some orders may require additional shipping if more than one box is required. Due to the risk of shipping, we may not be ale to ship large orders at once to some addresses.
Refrigerated and Frozen Items: All orders are sent at ambient temperatures. Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, however we cannot guarantee turn around time during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out to our store team for more information on processing time for a specific order!
