Based on an original 1893 recipe by Giulio Cocchi, where mugwort was enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta and a double infusion of cinchona bark. The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine gives flavours of red fruit with layers of nutmeg, cinnamon and peppery spice. Bitter-sweet it makes for a great aperitif.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
