Antica Formula was created by Antonio Benedetto Carpano, the inventor of Vermouth, in 1786 in Turin, Italy. Its original and distinctive recipe remains in tact today at Fratelli Branca Distillery. Limited quantities are produced, and it is bottled in blown glass.
