From the producer: Our amaro is crafted with a blend of locally sourced ingredients and time-honored production methods to encapsulate the spirit of Canada and Italy combined in every sip. Cicchetto Amaro York is amber in colour and aromatized with botanicals inspired by alpine, Mediterranean and local terroir. Complemented by dried citrus peel, high toned herbs, root elements, and sweetened with local maple syrup. The palate is smooth, delicately textural, with warm intense spice notes, followed by a long lasting finish.
It includes many botanicals and herbs such as gentian, rhubarb root, chamomile, cinnamon and peppermint, many of them found here in Canada. Canadian organic maple syrup is used as a sweetener element, making it the first of its kind in the world. We recently won the Platinum Medal for best amaro in North America at the L.A. Spirit Awards.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.

All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
