Legal Food Requirement!
As part of Ontario’s licensing rules, a food item must be included with any takeout or delivery alcohol purchase. Check out our food and grocery items below!
Rosé, sparkling wine, from white grapes from the hills and red from the mountain. Direct pressing of Glera and pink vinification of Pinot Noir – Spontaneous fermentation – Aging for 3-4 months in steel – Bottling with added must from dried grapes.
The olfactory notes are linked to the personality of a noble grape such as Pinot Noir and the aromatic expression of Glera with its subtle floral and fruity aromas. A sparkling wine with an elegant texture and a fresh acidity. A tasty wine with a taut, fine mouth, able to positively evolve over time in the bottle. Pairings: To be tasted with toast of Berico Euganeo DOP ham, or even with razor clam risotto.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
Please note!
All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
