Legal Food Requirement!
As part of Ontario’s licensing rules, a food item must be included with any takeout or delivery alcohol purchase. Check out our food and grocery items below!
Sepp and Maria on this wine: “Graf” is the German word for Count. This title of nobility has been the name of our estate since its beginning. At some point, we wanted to honor that name in one of our wine lines. For our Count, we take old vines on meager Opok. For as long as we remember, Zweigelt, Morillon, and Sauvignon Blanc have been planted in these special vineyards. For us, Graf also means the center, as the vineyard lies between the higher located Sgaminegg and the slightly lower Opok-line.”
Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed. They are fermented in 2400-liter oval wooden casks with indigenous yeasts. The wine then spends about 2 years aging in neutral wooden casks. Bottled without fining or filtration, no sulfur added. There’s cherry and oak and tobacco leaves and nutmeg and cranberry and probably about 300 other notes hints and flavors that you’ll happily discover over and over.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post.
Large Orders: Orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post. Some orders may require additional shipping if more than one box is required. Due to the risk of shipping, we may not be ale to ship large orders at once to some addresses.
Refrigerated and Frozen Items: All orders are sent at ambient temperatures. Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, however we cannot guarantee turn around time during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out to our store team for more information on processing time for a specific order!
