Theo Coles of Hermit Ram and Alex Craighead of Kindeli have join talents to bring us their new project SipSun, a concept born from the shared desire of two NZ winemakers to work together. Both globally recognized pioneers of natural and low-intervention winemaking in New Zealand, the Sipsun collaboration aims to create consistently clean, low-maintenance wines from organic fruits.
The Sauvignon Blanc is made with certified organic fruit from the Kina Beach vineyard. A blend of direct pressing and full skin maceration, this wine is perfectly fresh and lightly tropical, with bright acidity, minerality, and complexity.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post.
Large Orders: Orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post. Some orders may require additional shipping if more than one box is required. Due to the risk of shipping, we may not be ale to ship large orders at once to some addresses.
Refrigerated and Frozen Items: All orders are sent at ambient temperatures. Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, however we cannot guarantee turn around time during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out to our store team for more information on processing time for a specific order!
