Albariño done right is fresh, saline, and mineral-laden, making it the perfect candidate for Big Beautiful Buff, our new series of sexy crisp white wines. We jumped at the opportunity to try out some of the Spanish variety for the 2022 vintage. This wine is akin to our Chenin Blanc in that we picked the grapes quite early to preserve freshness and then achieved a layered, mineral expression by fermenting and aging in different vessels. We love how the wine turned out because it has all of the varietal typicity that we wanted to capture. Like opaque sunshine in the glass, it has aromas of apple blossom, meyer lemon, and honeydew melon. The palate is bone dry with flavors of yellow nectarine, white cherry, and wet rock. Mineral density gives the wine a long savory and mouthwatering finish. This wine is best with lighter fare and also spicy Vietnamese or Thai cuisine.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post.
Large Orders: Orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post. Some orders may require additional shipping if more than one box is required. Due to the risk of shipping, we may not be ale to ship large orders at once to some addresses.
Refrigerated and Frozen Items: All orders are sent at ambient temperatures. Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, however we cannot guarantee turn around time during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out to our store team for more information on processing time for a specific order!
