Now six years into importing wine, Volo has launched a series of Volare blends with our producers from around the globe. Volare means “to fly,” a nod to the Dean Martin classic we grew up hearing with our Italian grandparents and to the spirit behind the name Volo itself. The Volare series is about movement, collaboration, and sharing stories through wine—an international blend project created with Volo and Keep6 producers, with each edition shaped by a different winemaker, terroir, and grape selection.
For our second release, we’re excited to collaborate with Andreas Mann from Rheinhessen, Germany. This blend of cabernet dorsa, portugieser, and a touch of merlot is a juicy, fruit-driven slam dunk, complete with a playful nod to the iconic Vince Carter dunk that inspired the label. Bottled in a one-litre format, it’s the kind of wine you crack open with friends and pour into party red cups. As the song goes, your love has given me wings—and we’re just here to keep the flight going.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post.
Large Orders: Orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post. Some orders may require additional shipping if more than one box is required. Due to the risk of shipping, we may not be ale to ship large orders at once to some addresses.
Refrigerated and Frozen Items: All orders are sent at ambient temperatures. Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, however we cannot guarantee turn around time during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out to our store team for more information on processing time for a specific order!
