One of Rizzoli’s great classics, the firm and meaty Anchovy Fillets in extra virgin olive oil are kept in the historic golden tin. The delicacy of the oil enhances the natural flavor of the anchovies without covering it, giving an authentic and unmistakable taste.
Matured for a period of at least four months in barrels, when they have reached the right degree of ripeness and the meats are firm and flavorful, they are manually arranged in tins one by one and packed in extra virgin olive oil. Icons of taste and style.
