The holiday season means the long-awaited arrival of Montreal's Au Pied de Cochon's famous tourtier! Led by renowned Chef Martin Picard, PDC is a bastion of authentic Québécois fare. For over 10 years, PDC has been cooking the same recipe of the same quality, quickly becoming a tradition on our holiday tables.
PICK UP: The pies will be available for pickup beginning the first week of December. Orders will be notified in waves and pick up windows should be honoured.
TORONTO DELIVERY: Frozen pies will only be delivered within the GTA. If you opt for LOCAL DELIVERY, you will be contacted once the pies arrive to arrange for delivery. We can not ship frozen items via Canada Post.
OTHER ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER: If any orders are placed containing currently available items, please note that these items will be processed immediately and you should expect to pick up or receive these items in a timely manner before your pie.

Preservation: Frozen. Can stay frozen for up to six months.
Ingredients: Flour, butter, eggs. Pork, white wine, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, cloves, cinnamon, thym, salt, pepper and inactive yeast.
Preperation method: Brush the meat pie with an egg yolk. Place frozen on a cookie pan and cook it in the oven. Convection oven: 425F for 20 minutes, then 60 minutes at 325F. Conventional oven: 425F for 30 minutes, then 120 minutes at 325F.
All of our items are prepared in a kitchen environment that may contain nuts, peanuts and gluten.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
