A blend of lambics and raspberries. Cantillon blends the fresh raspberries from Serbia with lambic that is on average 20 months old in a proportion of 200g of fruit per litre of beer.
Since raspberries are delicate it is necessary to select a lambic that is both mellow and subtle so that it will be a good match for the fruit. After soaking for two to three months, the lambic has extracted the full colours, fragrances and flavours of the raspberries. At that point it is blended with one-year-old lambic, which contributes the sugars necessary for secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Using only fresh fruit, as is the case for wine, Cantillon beers can be referred to in terms of vintages. Prevailing weather conditions have a major impact on the ripeness and quality of the fruit, and this is why the taste of the brewery’s fruit-based beers will differ slightly from one year to the next.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post.
Large Orders: Orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post. Some orders may require additional shipping if more than one box is required. Due to the risk of shipping, we may not be ale to ship large orders at once to some addresses.
Refrigerated and Frozen Items: All orders are sent at ambient temperatures. Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, however we cannot guarantee turn around time during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out to our store team for more information on processing time for a specific order!
