In late summer 2022, we made a macerated wine from Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer harvested at Lazarijberg, together with homegrown Sauvignac. After primary fermentation, we added the wine to a barrel of beer we brewed nine months earlier. Just before bottling the beer underwent a short maceration with a small amount of blood oranges. Bottled March 2023

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.

Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week. UPDATE: As of September 25th, 2025 Canada Post is on strike. Click here for updates and options >>

Please note!

  • All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
  • Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
