AOP Cahors. This village cuvée comes from three distinct subsoils, each with its own signature: the breadth of the red siderolithic clays, the length of the Kimmeridgian limestones, and the immediacy of the marls. With this blend, Domaine la Calmette aims to faithfully capture the character of their commune's wines: lively and ripe juices, refined by cool nights and warm days, with a silky structure that easily fades into the background.
Between notes of cherries and spices, this sunny yet easy-drinking cuvée is composed primarily of Malbec (90%) and reveals a mineral acidity. We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post.
Large Orders: Orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post. Some orders may require additional shipping if more than one box is required. Due to the risk of shipping, we may not be ale to ship large orders at once to some addresses.
Refrigerated and Frozen Items: All orders are sent at ambient temperatures. Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, however we cannot guarantee turn around time during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out to our store team for more information on processing time for a specific order!
