A new edition in the honey soda family that is always focused on single seasons and places. This new sparkling honey seltzer made with summer 2024 honey from Caledon, Ontario. Harvested by Toronto Bee Rescue, the bees are predominantly around clover and alfalfa that time of year in the pastures. The result is a huge golden energy and flavour. This is a super luxurious version of the honey soda and uses the same amount of sugar as previous batches. Its always interesting to see how the different harvests from different places show up in the final product. 

Ingredients: Water, Spring Honey, Canadian Sea Salt from Vancouver Island, Citric Acid. HACCP certified.
