2023 Hilier Blanc Block 130 is a 100% Estate Grown Chardonnay vineyard planted by Andre Gagne in 2018, hand-harvested October 2023. Fermentation in 50% steel and 50% oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered & unfined. A rich mouthfeel and lengthy finish and acidic spine. Notes of stone fruit and Meyer lemon.
