Made from grapes grown on the cool, easter side of the Somló hill, this 100% Furmint is broad and rich, yet focused. All of the grapes are foot tread then basket pressed into 500L used oak for 8 months. The combination of the cooler site and gentle pressing yield a refreshing side of Somló. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Mandarin orange, apricot, candied ginger, savoury on the finish.
