"We have been producing this wine only in the vintages in which was possible to delay the harvest of selected grapes, especially in the vineyards facing west. In this way the Sangiovese tannins can reach a greater evolution. The wine stays for two years in cement tanks and then, at least six months in bottle before the release. The wine is not filtered and we do not add sulfites."

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
