"Inspired by the winemaking tradition of piquette, Vague Recollection is a farmhouse ale aged on the grape pomace from the 2021 harvest... We worked with Blanc du Bois, Syrah, Merlot, and Black Spanish grapes. After pressing the skins, we racked young farmhouse ale onto the pomace. After a few months of aging, we racked the beer off of the pomace and naturally conditioned the beer. The result is an elegant, complex, nuanced flavor profile that captures elements from both beer and wine. While by no means a fruit bomb, this batch is very drinkable and delicious."

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.

All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
