Another vintage, another variety! This time Cuvée Alanna takes the form of a Riesling– something very near and dear to Alanna’s heart. A single vineyard Riesling which was inspired by a visit in March 2021 to Yann Durrmann in Alsace, specifically his Grand Cru Kastelberg vineyard. Alanna is inspired by Rieslings from very sour soils, and I wanted to both express and experience this with this one particular vineyard they own (which had previously been harvested and blended into the Weiss). This was the last vineyard they harvested, and they were fortunately blessed with absolutely perfect fruit. In the cellar though, the wine challenged them quite a bit and it took nearly the entire year to fully ferment. In the end, we have a beautiful expression of a sour soil Riesling with insanely high acidity. Alanna recommends keeping it in the cellar for a few years for optimal drinking enjoyment. Topped up barrels, and perfect fruit, the wine is insanely stable.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post.
Large Orders: Orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post. Some orders may require additional shipping if more than one box is required. Due to the risk of shipping, we may not be ale to ship large orders at once to some addresses.
Refrigerated and Frozen Items: All orders are sent at ambient temperatures. Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, however we cannot guarantee turn around time during peak seasons. Feel free to reach out to our store team for more information on processing time for a specific order!
