Hand harvested, 12 days skin contact with whole bunches and fermented with native yeasts for 6 months. Ages for 1 year in 500 liter barrel without being topped up, allowing flor development. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero/zero. Red fruits and dark petal flowers, mineral and spicy.
