A blend of Riesling, Marsanne, Hibernal (VQA name for Geisenheim), Muscat Ottonel and Sauvignon Blanc. All grapes were macerated for different durations from 0 to 14 days in stainless steel and poly-eggs. Everything was de-stemmed into tanks with very light pump overs to kick-off fermentation early and then protected from oxygen for the remainder of the cap management. Very gentle punchdowns to just wet the cap and a low&slow style extraction more akin to steeping the skins as not to extract harshness. Elevage was completed in a mix of stainless steel and neutral french oak. Blended for one month before bottling, low sulphur, naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. Subtle peach, Mandarin orange, white blossom. rooibos tea.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.

All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
