André Trudel and Giovanni Campari were giants of brewing for nearly 20 years. After moving on from their respective formative projects, Trou du Diable (Quebec) and Del Ducato (Italy), they united in their passion for wine. Then, a shared dream was forged: to learn how to make wine together, leveraging each other's experience and knowledge, acquired over the thousands of fermentations they have conducted.
In Liguria at Cantina San Steva, their practice began. Working with the winemaker-owner, they listened, observed, learned, innovated, and humbly became the Wine Brewers.
