The Andreas Tscheppe Hirschkäfer is a biodynamic white wine from the Steiermark region of Austria, crafted with a focus on organic farming and minimal intervention. The wine is made from Goldmuskateller, though the exact blend can vary by vintage. It’s known for its expressive, vibrant profile, offering a complex interplay of citrus and stone fruit flavors like grapefruit, lemon, and peach, complemented by a refreshing mineral backbone and subtle herbal notes. The crisp acidity provides freshness, while a creamy texture adds depth, creating a wine that is both lively and well-rounded. The name “Hirschkäfer” (meaning “stag beetle”) reflects the wine’s strength, complexity, and connection to nature, while evoking a sense of elegance and the natural world.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
Please note!
All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
