The Andreas Tscheppe Schwalbenschwanz is a biodynamic white wine from Austria’s Steiermark region, showcasing the winemaker's commitment to organic farming and minimal intervention. The name "Schwalbenschwanz," meaning "Swallowtail" (a type of butterfly), reflects the wine's delicate and refined character. Made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, it offers an expressive flavor profile marked by vibrant citrus notes like grapefruit and lime, with hints of green apple and stone fruits such as peach. The wine’s crisp acidity is balanced by a smooth, almost creamy texture, and a distinct mineral backbone imparts freshness and depth. Subtle herbal and floral undertones add complexity, making it both elegant and refreshing. This wine is a true reflection of Tscheppe’s biodynamic approach, emphasizing purity, terroir, and the natural beauty of the land.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
Local Delivery: Average of 2-7 business day delivery depending on address in Southern and Eastern Ontario. Eligibility will be based on the postal code provided at check out.
Canada Post: 2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.

All orders exceeding 6x750mL bottles or $400 or more in value will be sent via Local Delivery and not with Canada Post.
Items requiring freezing or refrigeration will be removed from orders requiring shipping.
